Products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable, but may be exchanged within 30-days from date of purchase. The product to be exchanged may only be exchanged for another downloadable product sold by Heads-Up Communications Corp. (InspiringYourBestGame.com). However, before any new product will be made available, the customer must return to Heads-up Communications Corp., a “Return Claim Form”. The “Return Claim Form” will be provided to the customer after the customer informs Heads-Up Communications Corp. that they need such a form. To obtain an exchange, you must notify Heads-Up Communications Corp., within 30 days of your original purchase date, that you desire to exchange the product purchased. The “Return Claim Form” provided to you must be returned to Heads-Up Communications Corp. by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10 days, in order to obtain the exchange.

Products purchased that are not downloadable (CD, Diskette, or Books) may be returned for a full credit, minus shipping and handling charges of $10.00. However, before any product may be returned, the customer must return to Heads-Up Communications Corp, a “Return Claim Form”. The “Return Claim Form” will be provided to the customer after the customer informs Heads-Up Communications Corp. that they need such a form. To obtain a credit, you must notify Heads-Up Communications Corp. within 30-days of your original purchase date, that you wish to return the product purchased. The “Return Claim Form” provided to you must be sent to Heads-Up Communications Corp. by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10-days, in order to obtain credit.

In order to obtain a credit, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to Heads-Up Communications Corp. Heads-Up Communications Corp. will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a “Return Claim Form” that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to Heads-Up Communications Corp. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.

The customer is responsible for adequete shipping of any products purchased such as CD's, Diskettes or Books to Heads-Up Communications Corp. Any products received by Heads-Up Communications Corp. that in our discretion are considered damaged will not be accepted for a full credit. Heads-Up Communications Corp. under our sole discretion will determine the amount, if any, that will be credited to the customer in such an event. Under no circumstances will shipping and handling charges be refunded.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and/or create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.
