Heads-Up Communications Corp (hereafter referred to as HUCC) has created this delivery policy to demonstrate our commitment to successful and timely delivery of services and/or products that are sold by us. Please read the following to learn more about our delivery policy, and how we treat project deliveries for our customers.
Coverage & Scope
- This delivery policy covers HUCC’s treatment of services and/or products offered by HUCC and/or a website owned and operated by HUCC.
- This delivery policy does not apply to the practices of companies that HUCC does not own or control, or of persons that HUCC does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites to which HUCC websites link.
How we initiate a project
- You can visit the websites of HUCC and initiate a discussion with one of our representatives about your service / product. For some services / products, you need not initiate any contact or receive any quote as the prices and offerings are clearly defined and are not customizable. For such services and/or products you can simply place the order online.
- By starting any service contract and/or purchase of product you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions of service by HUCC.
Timely delivery of a given service and/or product
HUCC takes every project (based on the service and/or product) very seriously and ensures that it is handled in a professional manner and that the client gets the result as per our promise. We have set up specific delivery timelines which are applicable in general cases.
Applicability of the Delivery Policy
Please note that HUCC’s delivery commitment is subject to:
- Timely payments: A project is not considered to be initiated if the agreed upon / listed payments are not clear.
- Timely communication from the client: We are not bound to respect our Delivery Policy, if required information is not communicated to us in a timely manner. Any delay arising out of such situations cannot be attributed to HUCC.
- Completeness of information provided by the client: In case it is understood that the information provided to us is incomplete and/or complete information/scope of the project (service and/or product) is not provided at the beginning of the project, HUCC is not bound to maintain its delivery commitments.
- Change in scope: HUCC is not bound to accept a change in scope. However, for any change in scope of the project (service and/or product), there will be additional cost and time involved. Therefore the original time commitment or delivery period will stand void and a new time commitment needs to be negotiated.
- Though HUCC takes complete care of on-time delivery, the same may not be possible in some cases due to unforeseen circumstances. We deeply regret such unexpected delays and will try to help our clients in all ways possible through any delay.
- HUCC will not make any compensation for delay of delivery under any circumstances, unless there is a special agreement signed with a penalty clause for such a delay in delivery.
Limitation of Liability
In case of any failure on part of HUCC to honour its delivery policy, HUCC’s liability is limited to the value of services and/or products not delivered on time of escalating the issue to a refund and/or cancellation.
Changes
- HUCC may at any time, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. Please review this policy periodically. Your continued use of HUCC websites after any such amendments signifies your acceptance thereof.
